Week of April 20-24

This week was filled with some new things to help us stay connected along our journey. We all started twitter pages in order to help us process what is happening to us throughout the days and our journey as a whole. If we don't take the time to stop and truly understand what is going on in our lives, then we will miss a lot of valuable opportunities to learn. In addition to our tweeting, we learned about the idea of "locking in." Locking in is focusing on the task at hand and not allowing ourselves to be distracted by our surroundings. There are times when we don't need to be locked in and times when it is imperative to do so.
